Your booking information

Farelumo collects account details, flight selections, contact information, passport details, and payment status to arrange your booking and deliver your ticket. Your password is handled by the authentication system; the app never receives your wallet private keys.

Access and storage

Booking details and ticket downloads require a signed-in session or a private guest booking link. Guest booking links expire after one year and grant access only to the associated booking. Anyone with your private link can view that booking, approve its quote, and download its ticket; keep it safe. Guest bookings use a secure browser cookie and don’t require an account or password. Administrators can access the information needed to verify fares and buy tickets. Traveler details are encrypted before being stored in PostgreSQL. Tickets are stored privately and sent by email after issuance.

Services involved

Plisio processes crypto payments. The selected airline or supplier receives the traveler information needed to issue your ticket. The configured email provider receives your email address, booking messages, and ticket attachments.

Operator information

This is implementation information, not a finalized legal policy. Before launch, the operator must publish its legal identity, privacy contact, retention periods, customer rights, service terms, and applicable regional notices.
